Field Trips

2nd and 3rd Grade classes recently took field trips to Indian Creek Nature Center (2nd Grade) and National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium in Dubuque (3rd Grade). The 3rd Graders learned about reptiles, amphibians, trade and commerce around the Mississippi River, and so much more! Students had an exciting day exploring and learning through hands-on activities and opportunities, with the highlight for most being petting the sting rays and touring a large, old, dredge boat.
