Introducing Mrs. Angie Olseen

Angie Olseen is a recent graduate of Morningside University with her Masters of Teaching degree. She has been married to Steve for 26 years and they have 5 boys: Andrew (22), Jonathan (18), Bryce & Brant (16), and Caleb (11). Her undergraduate degree is in music and she has taught private and group piano lessons for about 28 years in order to be a stay at home mom!

Angie’s love of teaching grew during the times she homeschooled her children at various points during their educational journey. After teaching 4th grade for a year in a small country school right after covid, she felt the Lord leading her to pursue teaching full-time.

Angie enjoys quilting, listening to music (her favorite recently has been Charity Gayle) and being outside on her patio.

“I am excited to join the Heritage Christian School family and to be able to freely teach God’s Word. My prayer is that my students and I will grow in our faith and understanding of God’s story throughout history and how that applies directly to each of us.”
