Your church is the perfect place to promote EFE. What better place to seek support for our mission than the local church? Raising up strong Christian leaders is at the heart of EFE, and we would love to see leaders or members of your church in attendance supporting Christian education in our community. We have suggested a few simple ways that you can reach out below. Each church is different, and different approaches work better for each church community. Let us know if there is anything else you need to help spread the word.
1. Invite!
90% of guests will come to EFE because they were invited by someone they know personally. (It’s unlikely that they will come because they saw a poster.)
Your Pastor
A long term goal at Heritage is to improve our relationships with local churches as well as create new ones. Inviting your pastor to attend EFE and sit at your table is a great way to foster this relationship. Feel free to pick up an extra Save the Date card in the office as a hard copy invitation.
Your Friends
If you have friends from church that would be interested in supporting Christ-centered education, you are in a great spot to become an Ambassador for EFE. Learn how to become an EFE Ambassador
2. Play the EFE Promo Video on a Sunday Morning
We created a short 1:45 promo video for this specific purpose. Talk to a leader at your church about playing the video during announcements or at your Sunday School class. The link to to the video is below.
3. Place an EFE Announcement in Your Church Bulletin
Depending on your church, this may or may not be your best option. We have attached two files, one in black and white and one in color that are 3″x 4″ for placement in a bulletin.
