All Heritage families and supporters are encouraged to become table hosts at the Educating for Eternity Banquet. If you are interested in becoming a table host, please read through the information below. This info can also be found on the last page of the EFE 2016 Sponsorship Packet.
Ambassador (Table Host) $0 (minimum of 6 tickets secured)*
Ambassadors are the heart of the Educating for Eternity Banquet, and critical to ensuring Heritage can provide and maintain affordable tuition for as many families as possible. As an Ambassador, you have the opportunity to share your passion with your friends, family and co-workers by hosting a table (a minimum of 6 tickets secured which includes yourself and spouse/guest as well as 4 other non-Heritage family tickets secured). Each Heritage Parent, Alumni, or Heritage friend has the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador. Therefore, your secured tickets should be to those outside of the current school family.
Particularly, please think about those in your circle who may be Heritage Alumni Parents or Grandparents to join you at your table. Ambassadors are critical to ensuring the event’s fundraising success- 90% of guests who attend the event will do so because they were invited by someone they know personally. We’re here to help you in any way we can and promise an inspiring program that will motivate guests to attend.
There will be an opportunity for guests to give at the end of the event. In order to meet our annual fundraising goal, please consider inviting guests who may have the desire and capacity to contribute to Heritage Christian School.
Ambassadors will receive the following benefits:

- PowerPoint recognition at Event
- Special Ambassador Gift Bag
- Opportunity to participate in group photo to be included in Spring newsletter
- Complimentary 2 dinner tickets and optimal seating for Ambassadors that secure 10 tickets (includes yourself and spouse/guest as well as 8 other non-Heritage family tickets secured)
