New this year: ParentsWeb

ParentsWeb

Heritage uses RenWeb for academic records, and starting in October 2014, our parents have the opportunity to access the site as well. Parents can easily access the ParentsWeb login page from the “Quick Links” menu or the “Parents Hub” on our homepage.

The information that parents can access on ParentsWeb are as follows:

  • Student attendance and daily grades
  • Progress reports, reports cards and transcripts
  • Lunch menu/order forms
  • Family/staff directory
  • Update family contact info/emergency contact info
  • FACTS/tuition info

The most important component of this transition is accessing lunch menus/order forms. Lunch ordering will now be completed online via the RenWeb platform. Payments will still need to be dropped off in the office.

Lunch Menu-01

Lunch Menu Order Instructions:

  1. Sign on to Parents Web
  2. Click on drop down arrow next to Student Information (left side)
  3. Click on Lunch
  4. Choose a student under the gray lunch heading
  5. For Format choose calendar
  6. For Time Frame choose Month
  7. Choose month you are placing order for (month default is current month)
  8. Choose year (should default to current year)
  9. Monthly calendar will appear with menu
  10. Click on Print Month if you want to print the calendar with the menu
  11. Click on Create Web Order (Parents with multiple children, as you scroll down, will be able  to order for all children)
  12. Under QTY type number of lunches you want to order that day for your student (In this view you can place order for more than one child at same time)
  13. Click on order items

Next screen will say “Web Orders Created:  Total value of unprocessed ordered items is $____.

Currently, we do not have a “pay online” option.  Payment will still need to be made in the school office.

Lunch orders placed online will be tracked, but not ordered until payment is received. Deadline for orders will be adhered to.

Hard copy menus will no longer be sent home.  An email will be sent in place of the hard copy prior to the ordering period.  The deadline for orders will be included in the email.
